CHALLENGE
Sama Bank needed to bring together two very different worlds — banking services and health-related employee benefits — into a single product experience that felt clear, connected, and trustworthy. The challenge was to reduce fragmentation across a broad set of features and journeys, improve usability, and create a scalable foundation that could support both desktop and mobile without making the experience feel disconnected or overly complex.
Approach
The project started with a discovery phase, including initial alignment, benchmarking, persona definition, feature strategy, ideal journey mapping, and roadmap structuring. From there, the work moved into UX/UI definition, interactive prototyping, and the creation of a reusable design library.

In retrospect
Sama Bank is a strong example of the kind of problem I enjoy most: taking a product with multiple layers of complexity and turning it into something simpler, more coherent, and easier to trust. It brought together discovery, systems thinking, UX structure, and visual execution in one broad product challenge.
